Who we are

AutoAIPost ("we", "us") provides a tool that helps creators generate and schedule social media posts across connected platforms. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email hello@autoaipost.ai.

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to run the service:

• Your account email (for sign-in).
• Authorization tokens for the social accounts you connect (e.g. Pinterest), so we can post on your behalf. We never see or store your platform passwords.
• Content you create in the app — post drafts, images, and scheduling details.
• Basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

How we use connected accounts

When you connect a platform such as Instagram, Pinterest, or YouTube, we use the permission you grant solely to create and schedule the posts you have set up, and to read the boards or channels needed to publish them. We access only what's required for these features.

Specifically, for connected accounts we do:

• Publish posts and media that you have created and approved.
• Read the list of your boards, pages, or channels so you can choose where to post.
• Read basic account info (such as your username) to show which account is connected.

We do not:

• Post anything without your explicit approval.
• Read, store, or send your direct messages.
• Access your followers' personal data.
• Sell or share your platform data with advertisers or third parties.

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and authentication), and only as needed to run AutoAIPost.

Your choices and data deletion

You can disconnect any social account at any time from your settings, which immediately revokes our access to that account.

To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@autoaipost.ai with the subject line "Delete my data." We will remove your account, connected-account tokens, drafts, and generated content within 30 days and confirm once complete.

Data retention and security

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use industry-standard measures to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
